Yuko Nakasone
For 18 years, he worked at a television production company in Tokyo, where he was involved in research, planning and production of shows such as "Naruhodo the World" (Fuji TV) and "Kagaijugyoukoso Senpai" (NHK). In 2010, he visited Peru, where his grandparents immigrated, for three months, but was shocked by the Peruvian people's "eatiness" and "food culture," and moved there for four years. During that time, he planned, wrote and coordinated Peruvian cuisine, and disseminated it to Tokyo. After returning to Japan in 2014, he has been mainly involved in planning music and videos that connect Latin America and Okinawa. He is the representative of the music event "Okinawa Latina" and the producer of Argentine artist Goose Tono, and continues to work as a Peruvian cuisine researcher.
