Ethan Wong comments:

I saw the Rockies game. I came because I've never been to Denver. I learned how to make a bracelet and I met Kenta! I played with Kenta but he didn't like us. Our trip to be continued... I learned about Ralph Carr.

Troy Maki comments:

I saw the Rockies baseball game. I came because my mom and dad had to come because my mom's work came to Denver, Colorado for a meeting. I learned that some people had to go to camp that was not fun.

Sara Wong comments:

I came because we could learn more about camps and the history behind it. I enjoyed looking at all the display boards and seeing how the hard work gone into it showed through and you could learn more about what they wrote. My favorite part about the Youth Expo was helping Melissa make samples like the communities we made, and all the other crafts. I also enjoyed listening to the live taiko music because you could learn a lot about the music just from listening to it. I learned about Gov. Carr and how he let the Japanese stay in Colorado despite the consequences.

Lane Maki comments:
I came to learn more about Japanese American history. I learned more about camps that Japanese were sent while World War II. I go to Youth Expo during the day. At Youth Expo Sara, Troy, Ethan and I made a community. I am having a good time in Denver. I also learned to make a bracelet and box.
