Most vivid memory of military experience
Serving in the Army overseas in Korea and Stateside, I got to meet all the Joe's from all walks of life. It was quite an experience, one that I will never forget. And also the Korean and Japanese people.
Missed most whilst in the military
Since I'm a Nisei, I missed Japanese food.
Most important thing, personally, to come from military experience?
I feel the service made me mature faster and be a more responsible person. I'm glad I served in the military.
