This black-and-white segment, from the late 1930s, shows a Yamada family wedding banquet at Kawafuku Restaurant in Los Angeles (01:35); the wedding party seated at the head table, in front of US and Japanese flags; the bride, having changed from her wedding gown to a wedding kimono, and groom shake hands with guests; guests at the banquet; an unidentified woman fans herself, while the man next to her sips from a sake cup.
