Tofuzilla was the theme and mascot of the 2005 Los Angeles Tofu Festival in Little Tokyo. The event is held during the annual Nisei Week Festival and is a fundraising event for the Little Tokyo Service Center Community Development Corporation. Its major sponsor is House Foods.

Tofuzilla was featured on Tofu Festival posters and t-shirts, and made in-person appearances at the event. This 6-foot Tofuzilla walked in the 2005 Nisei Week parade with Tofu Ninja, his friend and mascot from Tofu Fest '04.
