ピエール・ムーランは、父がレジスタンスの指導者でOSSのメンバーだったブリュイエールで生まれました。ブリュイエールの歴史家であり、第100連隊/第442連隊とMISのヨーロッパ歴史家になりました。第442連隊K中隊、第141連隊、第36師団、MISモースカリフォルニア、NJAHS、Go for broke Associationなどの名誉会員および終身会員。また、ハワイ州ホノルル、テキサス州サンアントニオ、カリフォルニア州フレズノの名誉市民でもあります。二世とハワイに関する本を数冊執筆しています。2011年10月には、「 American Samurais - WWII in Europe」と「WWII in the Pacific」という2冊の新刊が出版されます。ピエールは、ブリュイエール・ハワイ委員会の創設者、GoforBroke Franceの創設者代表でもあり、ブリュイエール・ビフォンテーヌの第442連隊の平和と自由の道を考案し実現しました。

I was honored to have lunch with Ted Tsukiyama, retired lawyer and MIS and 442nd historian and James Tanabe, MIS historian.
