Tsukudani de Cochayuyo

En Chile no hay mucha variedad de algas, pero, se encuentra el cochayuyo (Durvillaea anctartica) que preparada como tsukudani se puede asemejar al tsukudani japonés. El shoyu se puede encontrar en las tiendas de comida oriental e incluso en los supermercados. En Chile el cochayuyo se vende deshidratado y su origen es la zona centro sur del país.
