Harajuku Lovers is one of the few brandnames you can buy at Urban Outfitters (one of my favorite places to shop!)
As the label indicates, inspired by street fashion in Harajuku, Tokyo.
Personally, it seems like an innocent (and rather fun) appropriation of Japanese street fashion made easily accessible in America.
