This photo was taken on the occasion of my maternal grandmother's family reunion. The two gravestones
on the sides are those of my great-grandparents. The text on the black sign indicates the reason for the photo. The photograph was taken at Evergreen Cemetery in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles.

My grandmother was the eldest of her nine siblings, all born in the United States. My grandparents are now buried in this same cemetery.
