Normal Army living conditions. Lived in tents and barracks. Bathed in showers. Meals were adequate to maintain health and energy to do the work at hand. Movies in camp and outside theaters for entertainment.

Personal freedom to do whatever one wants to do.

I was an introvert, but the military trained me to be more of an extrovert. I have become more self-confident.
