The kotowaza inscribed above (Nana Korobi Yaoki)(7 times fall down,8 times get up) is symbolic of the Japanese of their determination to follow through, until things are done. Improving and working to make things the best. They are already on the upswing in recovery.

Steve, Doug and Mitch are engineers. They do have good organizational skills as such. This time you guys had to roll up your shirt sleeves and help set the pace.
