Army - With the exception of a 1 year assignment in Korea, my Army time was spent within the civilian community because of the nature of my work from Jun 1967 to Jul 1984.

Working with contractors in the research and development of the Patriot missile system and working with federal agencies in the apprehension and conviction of an American spying for Polish intelligence.

A sense of job satisfaction, accomplishment and pride in being a part of the U.S. Military. There is value, personally and nationally, in service to country. An excellent career both in the military and in the civilian sector after retirement. An opportunity for career and civilian education opportunities.

I enlisted twice: USAF Aug '57 - Jul '60. US Army June '67 - Jul '84.

Obtained MA degree while on active duty. Received Legion of Merit upon retirement.

Married with two children (currently ages 24 and 21)(1995) Jon Mark and Tanya.

Have worked in security since retirement from military and will retire from Lockheed Idaho Technologies Company, Mar. '95.
