Color silent amateur films by Dave Tatsuno (1913-2006), a businessman in the San Francisco Bay area. Composed largely of home movie clips, taken 1942-1945, of the environment the Japanese Americans lived in during World War II in forced exclusion at the Topaz concentration camp near Delta, Utah.

This segment (00:59) shows footage of Dave Tatsuno's brother, Masateru ("Tut") Tatsuno; a large red prize banner or blanket with the white letter "U", and a corner applique, "National Collegiate Championship / Basketball / Masateru Tatsuno / 1944" (Tut Tatsuno played for the University of Utah's basketball team); Tut Tatsuno, in a brown and white striped shirt, with unidentified friends; an unidentified man, seated outdoors; Tut and his friend fold their prize.
