This is the logo of the Professional Gardeners' Federation, courtesy of the Professional Gardeners’ Federation of Northern California (PGFNC).
The PGFNC is a group of gardening associations in Northern California, and has been in existence for over 50 years. At its height, the federation included 16 associations.
