Yoshiko Yamagami


Born in Kochi Prefecture in 1947. At the age of 11, she moved with her family to the La Paz settlement in Paraguay. She married in 1969 and had one son and three daughters. In her 40s, she worked as a Japanese language school teacher and a member of the women's division of the Japanese Society. She currently enjoys her many hobbies (orchid cultivation, goldfish breeding, knitting, fishing, cooking, etc.).
