Nigel Town


Nigel Town is currently the Assistant Archivist at the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre. Their background is in museum and collections work, having worked for the Prince Albert Historical Society in Saskatchewan, the University of British Columbia as a Graduate Academic Assistant in Metadata for the Downtown Eastside Research Access Portal project, and for the Vancouver Police Museum & Archives (VPMA) in Vancouver, B.C. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Honours English and are pursuing dual Master of Library and Information Studies and Master of Archival Studies degrees at the UBC School of Information.
