Art Class Studio

The positive side of being incarcerated, imprisoned without due process of law, in WWII U.S. concentration camps was the establishment of education programs for pre-school through high school as well as for adults.  Creative outlets were provided for in the form of woodworking, ceramics, paper floral arrangements, and art. Jack's father Tokuichi excelled in woodcarving and his son Jack took a few other shots, which will be in the collection.

Here Jack photographed a painting class studio.
