The Okamoto Family in Hawaii early 1900's. The man seated is Toraichi Okamoto my mother-in-law Teruko Masumoto's father. All the Okamotos were born on the big island of Hawaii. Their parents emigrated from Oshima, Yamaguchi Ken in Japan to Hawaii in 1886, they were the fourth group to leave Japan when restrictions to travel were lifted by the Japanese government.
