This segment shows operations at one of Aratani's businesses, the Guadalupe Produce Co. (Guadalupe, California), including employees packing tomatoes; packing house interiors (dark); packers rinsing lettuce in water tanks (dark); blocks of ice used to chill the fresh produce; crates of lettuce being labeled as they roll along conveyors; Setsuo and Yoshiko Aratani walking through the packing house (dark); an employee spraying shaved ice over packed produce; and employees working in the company business office (dark) (02:46).
