リチャード・ミヤザト（MHA）は、ロサンゼルス郡とオレンジ郡全域の高齢者に運転、調理、掃除、運動、服薬リマインダー、歩行、入浴、着替えなどの手助けをする介護者を提供する日系アメリカ人の在宅介護会社、ケアライフの取締役兼創設者です。リチャードは、ケアライフの理学療法士（DPT）兼神経認定専門医（NCS）のジューン・パーク博士とともに、「Moving with CaregiversTM」を作成しました。これは、寝たきりの患者、半歩行の患者、パーキンソン病やその他の神経疾患の患者向けのエクササイズなど、高齢者が自宅で安全に行えるさまざまな一般的なエクササイズを提供するホームエクササイズプログラムシリーズです。
