 with string or clamps. Today\, many shapes cut from acrylic and other  mat
 erials are used to create an endless number of patterns that can be  creat
 ed using this technique.\n <span style="font-size: medium\;">Setsuko Hayas
 hi will be leading  students through the steps of itajime shibori to creat
 e patterns on silk  pillows. The workshop will be on September 22nd starti
 ng at 1:00pm in  the JCI Nisei Veterans Hall. $20.00 fee per person. To re
