In the book\, she struggles to find comfort within a family\, a community and a world that is both simple an d complex. By examing her family's silences\, she begins to understand li fe\, death and her own identity.\n\nThe traveling version of <em>kip fulbe ck: part asian\, 100% hapa</em> is organized by the <a href="http://www.ja nm.org/">Japanese American National Museum</a> in Los Angeles\, California \, and is supported\, in part\, by the James Irvine Foundation.
