Bill Shishima (right) is the winner of a friendly Boy Scout knot-tying competition in June 1977.

Photo from the collection of Bill Shishima. After becoming involved in scouting as a boy during World War II at Santa Anita Racetrack, then Heart Mountain, Shishima went on to forty years of leadership with the organization.
