 ertified Mango</em>&nbsp\;drifts through the trees. This Silverton/Roseber
 y/Kaslo based band has just completed its first album entitled&nbsp\;<em>W
 ild Still Yonder</em>:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;languid tangos\, sultry funky rumbas\,
  and mellow bossa novas. The CD release and concert will happen at on 24th
  July.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;On the same day it can be found world wide on-line at&
 nbsp\;<a href="http://cdbaby.com/" target="_blank">cdbaby.com</a>\n\nThe C
 D took many months to complete\, starting in the fall of 2015.&nbsp\;&nbsp
 \;Recording sessions happened at A Manor of Sight and Sound in Rosebery wi
 th band members Aiko Jackson\, Shelley Dobie\, Tsuneko 'Koko' Kokubo\, How
 ard Bearham\, and Paul 'Garbanzo' Gibbons.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Bearham don
 ned an extra wizard's hat as recording engineer.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;The material
  was then produced\, mixed and mastered by Gibbons at Food of Love Records
  near Silverton\, with regular feedback from other band members.&nbsp\;&nb
 sp\;"It was great to have input from all the musicians during the technica
 l process\, and this has resulted in a more 'organic' feel to the album" s
 ays Gibbons.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;There is a full 70 minutes of music on the CD.\n
 \n<em>Certified Mango</em>&nbsp\;would like to thank all its supporters\, 
 in particular the Columbia Basin Trust\, the Columbia Kootenay Cultural Al
 liance and the Slocan Lake Gallery Society for assistance in making this a
 lbum.\n\nThe concert in the Kohan Garden at 2pm on Sunday 24th July will f
 eature selections from the CD\, as well as some brand new songs.&nbsp\;&nb
 sp\;Jim Dobie will join the band on electric guitar.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;B
 y donation.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Bring a blanket or chair.
