 roduction of <strong>Kutsukake Tokijiro</strong> \,  based on the popular 
 1920s Japanese play written by Shin Hasegawa.  Theatre artist Jun Kim will
  adapt and create the new work\, which  previews November 10\, with an ope
 ning night slated for November 13.\n\n<strong>Kutsukake Tokijiro</strong> 
 is a traditional Japanese lone  wolf gangster story that explores the them
 es of love and obligation and  the spirit of self-sacrifice. After Tokijir
 o slays Sanzo\, a rival  yakuza\, he embarks on an aimless journey with Sa
 nzo&rsquo\;s wife and son\,  blurring the boundaries between his obligatio
 n to Sanzo and his unspoken  feelings of love for Sanzo&rsquo\;s wife.\n\n
