 volunteered and proven their loyalty as patriotic Americans. By the end of
  the war\, the 442nd had become one of the most decorated regiments for it
 s size and length of service in the history of the U.S. military.\n\nFollo
 wing director Junichi Suzuki's previous film <em>Toyo's Camera</em>\, whic
 h traced the experiences of Japanese Americans during World War II\, this 
 film uses archival footage and interviews with regiment members to reveal
