 i Endowment and enjoy traditional Japanese New Year&rsquo\;s foods (<em>os
 echi ryori</em> ) prepared by Nikkei community cooks\, displayed in a thre
 e-tiered lacquer box (<em>jubako</em> ). This jubako is a distinctly North
 west Japanese American version\, with matsutake rice (featuring matsutake 
 gathered from the slopes of the Cascades) and delicious smoked salmon\, al
 ong with many other traditional dishes\, including <em>nishime</em> \, <em
 >kimpira gobo</em> \, <em>makizushi</em> \, <em>sekihan</em> \, and more.\
 n\nThe cost is $120 for the entire <em>osechi ryori</em> and <em>jubako</e
 m> (or $100 if you provide your own <em>jubako</em> box)\, of which $60 is
  tax-deductible. Your order will be available for pick-up on Wednesday\, D
