Nascido em São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, é Engenheiro Químico especializado em Administração de Empresas, em Gestão Empresarial e em Educação Ambiental e foi bolsista da província de Chiba em 1994 na área de tratamento de água, mas atualmente é empresário no setor do turismo. Atua em diversas organizações do terceiro setor como a JCI (Junior Chamber International), onde foi Presidente do capítulo de São Paulo e Vice-Presidente Executivo Nacional, é Presidente do Conselho Deliberativo da ASEBEX – Associação Brasileira de Ex-Bolsistas no Japão, Vice-Presidente do IPK – Instituto Paulo Kobayashi, Conselheiro Fiscal da Associação Pan-Americana Nikkei do Brasil (APNB), Segundo Secretário da Associação Chiba Kenjin do Brasil e membro da Comissão de Comunicação e Marketing do Bunkyo – Sociedade Brasileira de Cultura Japonesa e de Assistência Social.
