I am a girl scout who is working to create an exhibit on the Japanese American experience during WWII on Angel Island for AIISF. I am currently collecting stories from descendants of internees, to help inform the public on what life was like for Japanese Americans before, after, and during the war. I hope to make a brighter future where injustice like this never happens again.
