Rohwer Cemetery 06/16/1944

Rohwer maintains its own cemetary at the edge of the center. Permanent tombstones and monuments are constructed by the residents. The plot is landscaped and cared for by the evacuees. Comparatively few are buried here as cremation is the rule among Japanese Americans.
