From the hand-dr awn typeface on the cover of&nbsp\;<em>The Godfather</em>&nbsp\;to Herman Miller&rsquo\;s biomorphic coffee table\, the work of Japanese American de signers including&nbsp\;<strong>Ruth Asawa</strong>\,&nbsp\;<strong>George Nakashima</strong>\,&nbsp\;<strong>Isamu Noguchi</strong>\,&nbsp\;<strong >S. Neil Fujita</strong>\, and&nbsp\;<strong>Gyo Obata</strong>&nbsp\;perm eated postwar culture.
