 e completed. Our speaker\, Nadine Narita\, RN\, will discuss why it is imp
 ortant to think about future health needs\, have the conversations with yo
 ur loved ones\, and what is needed to have in place before a medical emerg
 ency occurs.\n\nMs. Narita\, a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse
 \, is currently working as the San Francisco-Bay Area POLST (Physician Ord
 ers for Life Sustaining Treatment) Liaison for the Coalition for Compassio
 nate Care of California. Her specialty and passion is in end-of-life issue
 s\, and educating and promoting the need for advance care planning and qua
 lity of life. Her 30-plus years as a nurse includes experience in geriatri
 c care\, hospice management\, pediatrics\, labor and delivery\, and women&
 rsquo\;s health.\n\n<strong>This program is open to the public without cha
