Dennis Reed, prominent art historian and author, describes his 30-year quest to recover the lost fine art photographs of Japanese American artists imprisoned in detention camps during World War II.  Not only did Dennis locate many of the lost works, he also found some of the surviving artists and curated a retrospective exhibition at the Whitney Museum in New York City.  Dennis has gone on to self-publish a limited edition book of these rare photographs.  He will discuss his amazing journey, and the trials and tribulations of publishing the resulting book.

Free and open to the public.
