If you're in Southern California, KCET is showing 442nd: Live With Honor, Die With Dignity as part of their Asian Pacific American Heritage Month presentations.

The documentary by Junichi Suzuki brings to light the unsung heroism of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. They overcame discrimination and extreme battle conditions to become the most decorated regiment in the U.S. Army. 442nd: Live With Honor, Die With Dignity portrays these Japanese American soldiers' combat during WW II and their lives today. Sen. Daniel Inouye and actor/activist George Takei appear.
