It's that time of year again! Autumn! But also, applications for the 2012 Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program, while not yet available, will be released by the end of October. So in anticipation, the Consulate will be holding an information session on Saturday, October 22. Anybody and everybody interested in teaching English in Japan is encouraged to come to our office that afternoon. Even if you've never studied Japanese or Japan before, you may discover that this is the job for you. Topics covered will include: How the Job Works, How to Apply, What to Expect in Japan, and more. So layer your clothes against the bracing onslaught of winter, and come learn about the JET Program!
