The Zampa Ufujishi-Daiko group from Okinawa will perform at a rare American concert on Saturday, Jan. 7, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles' Little Tokyo. Tickets are $20 for National Museum members, $25 for non-members. Call 213 625-0414.

Also, the group will be providing a special two-hour workshop for intermediate and advanced taiko performers at the National Museum from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Workshop fees are $20 for National Museum members, $25 for non-members.
