Michio Kaku

Theoretical physicist, author, professor

Dr. Michio Kaku graduated first in his Harvard physics class in 1968, went on to the Berkeley Radiation Laboratory at the University of California in 1972, and in 1973 held a lectureship at Princeton University. For the past 25 years, he has taught at City University of New York (CUNY) as the Henry Semat Professor in Theoretical Physics, and has been a visiting professor at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton and at New York University (NYU).

Dr. Kaku has continued Albert Einstein's quest to find the "theory of everything", and is the co-founder of string field theory.

Explorations in Science
