This segment (03:06), filmed August 23, 1936, shows an excursion to San Francisco's Golden Gate Park by Tatsuno with his father Shojiro, sister Chiye, brother Masateru ("Tut"), and friend Wilbur; feeding swans and ducks; standing on a Japanese bridge; seals at the San Francisco Zoo.

Tatsuno's notes on this clip: "One Sunday at Golden Gate Park. Characters: Dad, Chiye, Wilbur, Tut and Dave."
