Shiho Toyonaga
Shiho Toyonaga, natural do Japão, tem tocado viola com orquestras na região de Chicago. Ela é a principal violista assistente da Northwest Indiana Symphony e suas apresentações de música de câmara foram transmitidas ao vivo pela WFMT. Atualmente ela faz parte do corpo docente da North Park University em Chicago e possui mestrado em performance de viola pelo Peabody Institute da Johns Hopkins University.

The first time I heard of Tetsuo Matsuda was in 1992 in Tokyo. I was a violin student at a music conservatory in Tokyo and had just discovered and become infatuated by the dark rich sound of the viola. This is an often overlooked instrument of the string family.
