Another in a line of welcome annual traditions held at the Japan Information Center is The Urasenke Chicago Association'sTatezome, a gathering to celebrate the New Year with a tea ceremony at the JIC's tea room. Come for a chance to participate in the graceful traditions of the tea ceremony, topped off by a cup of matcha and a Japanese sweet.
