From The French Chef to Iron Chef , food-themed TV is a pop culture staple.  That's the topic at this panel discussion, featuring culinary icons like Sara Mouton, Florent Morellet and Harold McGee.  Break bread (and local cheese) with the panelists at a reception following the lecture.  Nibbles are included in the $10 suggested donation, which supports NYU's Food Studies collection at the Fales Library.
