最後の発表者は琉球大学の鍬塚賢太郎教授（法文学部）。専門は人文地理学。今回のアンケート調査ではデータベース作成やデータ集計などを担当しました。プレゼンテーションタイトルは「Geographical Experiences of Uchinanchu's Migrations Between the Birthplace and the Place of Residence （ウチナーンチュの移動：出生地と居住地の分析）」。
人の移動と地域間関係・地域開発に関心をもち、ほかにも、米軍が第2次世界大戦以降に沖縄や日本をはじめとするアジア地域について作成した地図（ＡＭＳ図）についても研究しています。
