サイト情報

Roy Kakuda is a third generation Japanese American who was imprisoned at the Poston Relocation Center for three and one half years. After leaving Poston, he returned to Orange County, CA where he attended the Hover Elementary School which was one of the first Mexican American schools being desegregated in California. He became an engineer and eventually worked for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory until his retirement.
