JABAレガシープロジェクト：日系コミュニティにおける先駆的な裁判官2世代
3 年目を迎える JABA のレガシー プロジェクトは、コミュニティにおける著名な日系アメリカ人法学者の歴史を保存することを目指しています。プロフィールでは、法曹界における職業的キャリア、日系アメリカ人としてのアイデンティティと経験に関する法学者の考察に特に重点が置かれています。特に、この第 3 シリーズの 2 つのプロフィールでは、2 世代の日系アメリカ人裁判官、つまり二世の田島裁判官と三世の藤岡裁判官に焦点を当て、裁判官になるまでの彼らの異なる視点と経験を紹介します。
これは、日系コミュニティー・インターンシップ（NCI）プログラムのインターンが毎年夏に行う主要プロジェクトのひとつで、 日系アメリカ人弁護士会と全米日系人博物館が共催しています。
