DESCRIPTION:<strong>Veterans' Day Tribute to Japanese American World War II
  Veterans</strong>\n\nU.S. Senator Daniel K. Inouye and General Richard My
 ers\, recently retired Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff\, will be the
  speakers at a special Veterans' Day tribute to Japanese American World Wa
 r II veterans. The event will be at Meany Hall\, University of Washington 
 at 2 p.m. on Friday\, November 11\, 2005. The focus of the event will be t
 he valuable contributions made in Europe and the Pacific by Japanese Ameri
 can soldiers during World War II.\n\nThis event is hosted by Densho: The J
 apanese American Legacy Project. Major sponsors for the event are the Seat
 tle Nisei Veterans Committee and the Boeing Company. Seating is limited an
 d a full house is expected. Admission to the program is free but will requ
 ire a ticket. Please fill out the form below and send to Densho to request
  your free ticket. Tickets will be distributed in mid-October.\n\nIt is im
 portant that you list the names of Japanese American World War II veterans
  who are in your party. Any Japanese American who served in the armed forc
 es during World War II is eligible\, and these individuals will be present
