Greg Robinson, an associate professor of history at the Universite du Quebec a Montreal and author of By Order of the President: FDR and the Internment of Japanese Americans, contributed an article to the Nichi Bei Times that gives a different perspective of Ralph Carr, the WWII-era governor of Colorado that has been lauded as a hero for his actions during WWII.
