&lt;p&gt;Brian Tanigawa was a trained pharmacist with 20 years of experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now he&#039;s a third-generation soy sauce salesman, as president of Aloha Shoyu, writing a new prescription for change at the 62-year-old company.&lt;/p&gt;
