Messages to the immigrants to Dominican Republic
Last year, Japan government has decided to offer special benefits for the people who immigrated to Dominican Republic and suffered hardship because of the government´s fault. Jun. 30 2008, the final deadline for application is approaching. But 65 people have not applied yet, including the following 2 people who had lived in Fukushima before they left for Dominican Republic. They might move to another country in South America.
