Hi JANM!
I am a New York nissei living in Buenos Aires now.
Argentina is celebrating the 100th anniversary of Okinawan immigration this year and there are a lot of festivities planned.
Are there any plans for Nikkeis in US to be part of this? The organization that is heading the celebrations, COA, is seeking spanish/english bilinguals to help with the festivities so I was just wondering. http://www.okiren.org.ar/
Please feel free to contact me if anyone is interested in coming here!
