Main Street Granada

Jack photographed this view of 'downtown' Granada showing the Groceries and Meat Market, where many Amache internees were allowed to shop. Some walked, the mile and a half distance, or rode in camp vehicles. This picture doesn't show it, but there was also a Japanese internee operator of a fish and poultry market shown in he next photo taken by Jack. There were also a variety of other stores available for the Amache internees to shop at.
